Walk away auto lock is a NECESSARY feature!

Folks, Walk away auto lock is a NECESSARY feature! When you walk away from the car with your phone in your pocket, the car should automatically lock itself. It’s the most BASIC feature that EVERY modern car has. EXCEPT, Hyundai. I shouldn’t have to tell you this. You should anticipate and provide this feature instead of relying on your customers for common sense.

Driver Assistance System sucks

The Driver Assistance System absolutely sucks. The camera mounted on the steering column is a really bad idea. It constantly issues distracting warnings when using the cruise control. If I look at then side view mirror, it doesn't like that. If my arm position on the steering wheel isn't to it's liking, it sends a warning. I basically can't use the cruise control. The warnings distract me constantly and actually create safety issues.

Poor quality

The moment I drove off the lot, there were already problems. The doors didn't seal properly and wind was whistling in. Then the chair control buttons fell out of the chair, road noise is loud, the free trial internet took over 6 months to get activated and I STILL can't fully access my account after a year of ownership. The seats after a few month's became very uncomfortable,as of all the padding collapsed.By having the hybrid, there is no spare tire, so im hesitant on long road trip across country. This is a city vehicle. Hyundai app is poorly designed. I will NEVER buy another Hyundai, and the value dropped so drastically after one year.

Excellent, Comfortable, Roomy Vehicle

Love this vehicle. We have avoided SUVs for years and we are so happy with this purchase. The cargo space is massive, the third row seats are actually big enough for an adult, we are getting excellent gas mileage (over 37 MPG). It is very comfortable and doesn't drive like a full-size SUV. It was also a very good value for a full-size SUV.

Wanted a luxury, soft riding, 3 row SUV, Hybrid, AWD. The calligraphy trim is amazing with soft leather. The size is perfect. Did not want a full size SUV. Love the tech and price point.

Nice to drive. Very comfortable. I am not a 'car" person. A good car is a must have for me but I am really not loyal to any particular manufacturer.I have had good luck with Hondas and Subarus.This Hyundai Santa Fe rates right up there with the best cars I've ever had.

I love this car, with just a few exceptions.

The 12volt battery completely failed while we were on a 2 week vacation. It could not be recharged and had to be replaced. The plastic around the wheel wells has already faded.
