First Hyundai is a Homerun

This is already our favorite vehicle we’ve ever owned. The ride is great. So many useful features and technology. We expected to stick with Hondas and Toyotas like we’ve done for decades but the Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid put a stop to that! The quality of the build and the materials used along with the design all make it a great ride.

All the features and comfort we need, love it!

Up until the last update to the software, I didn't have any real viable complaints. Now, the only complaint I have is how long it takes before I can use my car. The stupid log in screen and warning screens about GPS need to go AWAY!!!! I get in my car every day, I know the warnings, it is only me - so why do I have to wait for it to choose the ONLY profile in the car, then wait for it to warn me again, then finally get to where I can use the GPS?! Absolute rediculousness!!!

Overall, this is a wonderful vehicle. I have traveled from FL to NY and back 3 times in the past year. In addition, I have traveled from FL to AR and back 5 times in the past year. In all cases, the vehicle was a pleasure to drive. Very reliable and economical.

Want to Love It

I love driving this car but in the 3 months I’ve had it, it’s been at the repair center for 3 weeks to fix a display that stopped working and it’s headed back next week because when they returned it, the fingerprint sensor had stopped working. Additionally, they’ve let me know there is a seatbelt recall that will need to be fixed once Hyundai has the parts in stock. If I didn’t love the car so much (when it’s actually working) I’d have filed a lemon law claim by now, but I’m still hoping that once these issues are fixed, I’ll get to enjoy the perks of the car without the frustrations.

Good Vehicle for Most Part

Love the vehicle and the space it provides me as a taller man. At first my sunglasses could not be worn and have cruise control on, that seems to be fixed. However the vehicle has a annoying tendancy to revert its AC selection back to pulling outside air in, when I tell it to cycle interior air to keep the vents from blowing when I dont want air

Hyundai sold me a lemon

Vehicle had serious safety issues that were unsuccessfully attempted to be repaired. Multiple dealers failed to provide minimal support during the repair process. Corporate experience was terrible. After much delay, the vehicle was repurchased under lemon law.

Not what I expected

The air is extremely noisy when it is on, there is no storage under the seats and very little room in the back when all of the seats are up, the air vents in the middle leave a lot to be desired.
