vehicle is comfortable and has a smooth rise but I absolutely hate the the screen controls for heat/ ac, vent, defrosters, heated seats and fan speed. during the day when the sun hits the control panel you can't see what is on/off.

Happy with decision

overall, excellent vehicle! Never thought I would own this vehicle but test drove a similar Santa Fe at a carmax and was impressed. Had test drove a Toyota Highlander and the Santa Fe was far better. Ended up with model, color and features I wanted.

Long Wait Time for Replacement Heads Up Display

From the time we drove our car home from the dealership, we noticed an annoying rattle in the dash. At the regular oil change service, we mentioned it to our service technician and at that time, they attempted to place some extra padding in the dash. That did not fix the issue and before we brought the vehicle back to the service department, a small piece of foam started working its way out between the dashboard and the front window. It took two more visits to the dealership and eventually, after the dash was completely disassembled, it was discovered that the Heads Up Display was damaged. We were without our vehicle for over a month before the part was received and the repairs were completed. The dealership did provide us with a loaner vehicle for all but the first week of that timeframe (we did not initially request a loaner). It appears that the problem is resolved at this time.

Love My Santa Fe

We bought our santa fe about 2 years ago. I hate boring colors. We got ours in terracotta. Its beautiful. Its so comfortable. Rides great. And so many bells and whistles we will never get everything learned before we die. I highly recommend a hyundai santa fe. I've had alot of cars and this one is my all time favorite

Very pleased

47,000 miles and I am very please with this vehicle. The ride quality is superb and it's a pleasure to drive. The amenities are useful and convenient and the safety items are comforting. I am NOT a fan of the eye monitor on the steering column. An off switch would be useful. Additionally I am not a fan of all the information is collected on my driving habits and location. It's none of their business. I bought this vehicle for my benefit not theirs.

I like my Hyundai. I do have problems with my back up camera. It shows cloudy sometimes. At times it has given me instructions that are unnecessary or untrue. Other than those observations, I love my vehicle. I love the roominess and the handy tech features.

Great Vehicle

We like the interior size of this vehicle and the ability to seat 7 people with room for luggage in the rear. This is a very quiet riding vehicle. All seating is comfortable and has plenty of leg room. It gets a decent MPG for a large SUV. Friends comment on the look of the vehicle and the amenities included inside. This is our second Santa Fe. We enjoyed our last vehicle so much that we wanted the new Hybrid model.

Beautiful car with great features and fun to drive

I am very impressed with the style of this car both inside and out. I have the white exterior with the pecan interior. I have the limited trim package and it comes with great convenience and safety features. The car is a lot of fun to drive. I also have the hybrid version and it gets great gas mileage, especially in the city. I wish it would get better on the interstate.

Second Row Suffocates

For a 3-rows SUV, poor design for second row, most used after front row. There is no independent air console in the second row for people to control like in Toyota Highlander, vents are in door frames, again can't control fan speed nor temp. In 105+ degrees F, people in the second row suffocate, motion sickness. This is not a 2 people vehicle but it was designed for such instead. Nice 360 cameras but why not add dashcam? It is not a new concept.
