Smart inside and out, electronically and mechanically, a delight!

I appreciate the comfort and styling, but I really appreciate the smart driving assistance. We are senior citizens, and take great comfort in knowing the Santa Fe is helping us drive safely. It is also easy to get in and out of (a big deal in your 70s). I also love the Bose sounds, the wide sweeping dash displays. No sure about the UV sterilizer, but if we had little kids, I'd love it.

2025 Santa Fe Hybrid -- Reliability is a concern

I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid September 1, 2025. On June 24, 2026, I was driving on the interstate to work when my acceleration quickly dropped out and I wasn't able to go more than 30 MPH. This was terrifying to happen! I wasn't able to make it to an exit and had to pull off on the side of the interstate and await a tow. I took it to the dealership I purchased it from. Documentation stated that a fault code DTC P019100 (fuel rail pressure sensor) was identified. However, this sensor was not replaced. Instead, my paperwork indicates that the "air box was installed incorrectly at manufacturing and they fixed it." On August 13, 2026, I experienced a similar issue on a 45MPH secondary highway. I was able to restart it and get it to a Hyundai dealership a mile away (not the dealership I purchased from). After 5 days of no vehicle (and no loaner provided), the same code DTC P019100 presented and they replaced fuel rail pressure sensor. September 25, 2026, a critical error popped on my screen. Hyundai app says DTC P042000 (powertrain fault code). I was without my vehicle for 12 days and my catalytic converter was replaced due to a failure at just 17,00 miles. I did put in a safety claim with Hyundai Customer Care and suggest all other users do the same to hold Hyundai accountable. I'm very close to turning this car in and getting a more reliable vehicle. Which is unfortunate because I qualified for 0% APR financing when I purchased and I'll never get that deal again.

Really like it but recent issue

Nice ride. Great features. Need more in person lessons on how to use everything. Recently audio quit which I now see is glitch. Luckily insert into hole on dash reset it. Hopefully that is the only problem. Time will tell.

Serious Bang for the Buck

The Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy punches way above its class with its luxurious feel and technology conveniences. The build quality is excellent although I do get some random squeaks when the weather changes. The cabin is very quiet and the seats are comfortable. As mentioned, the tech conveniences are great, and I’m still finding out new things about it. Performance wise, I feel like it has plenty of power to get me going when I need to, although a little more wouldn’t hurt. The only disappointment is that the calculated fuel economy falls about 3-4 mpg below the EPA estimate of 35 mpg.

Great Vehicle

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Look and style of exterior and interior, plus decent gas mileage with hybrid system. A few of the interior elements (plastic parts) could be improved. Love the heads up display on windshield.

Cabin/Highway noise

I love everything about my 2025 Hyundai Santa fe hybrid accept for one thing. There isn't enough insulation to keep outside noise out. Noisy roads a d engine noise are always very audible.

Not happy

I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe because I wanted a safe, comfortable, and reliable vehicle that I could feel confident driving, no matter who my passengers were. I spent a significant amount of money expecting peace of mind, but unfortunately, I’ve experienced the complete opposite. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to bring it back to the dealership more than three times for the same recurring issue. The car suddenly loses all sound, and within a couple of days, the battery dies, leaving me needing a jumpstart and stranded. Each time, the dealership assures me they’ve identified and fixed the problem, yet it continues to happen. For the amount of money these vehicles cost, this is completely unacceptable. My Santa Fe is only a little over a year old, and I should not have to constantly worry about whether it will start or leave me stranded. I purchased this vehicle for reliability, safety, and peace of mind, and instead, I’ve been left frustrated, disappointed, and questioning whether I can trust it. I expected much better from Hyundai.

Best car I've ever owned, hands down!

What's not to love about this vehicle. I am a Hyundai fan for life. This is easily the best vehicle I've ever owned. Everything from the design to comfort to handling/drive experience, to safety...it has everything I could have wanted and more. I did A LOT of comparison shopping with equivalent vehicles (Kia, Toyota, VW, and Jeep to name a few), and the more I compared, the easier the choice became. I felt like a kid at Christmas when I was able to drive off the lot with my Sante Fe. I've not had any issues or complaints so far, and I'm 1+ yrs, and 16,000+ miles into having it. Wouldn't change a thing!!! Can't wait to buy my next one when it's time!!!
