I have had this vehicle for 5 months and into the shop, which found nothing wrong with my Santa Fe 26 hybrid getting 24/27 city/highway mog.

I Love my Santa Fe

I love my new Santa Fe! I’ve put a little over 5,000 miles on it, including road trips to Michigan and Arkansas, and averaged 31 mpg. It’s so comfortable, and the cabin is impressively quiet. There are just three things I wish I could change: being able to turn off the “consider taking a coffee break” notification, having the trip meter keep going instead of resetting every time I turn the car off, and not having to reconnect my iPhone so often—although I’m not sure whether that’s an Apple issue or a Hyundai issue. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s been a great road-trip vehicle!

Didn’t meet the expectations

Very comfortable, excellent built quality, but: (1) The motor is too weak for the size and weight of the vehicle. (2) The fuel economy does not pay the investment.

Calligraphy trim package / hybrid

We looked at several vehicles over the span of about 6 weeks before making our purchase. Not only do I feel, but I know we made the absolute best purchase for a larger size SUV. This vehicle has every luxury and even better technology/safety features than all of of its competitors. Not to mention with the hybrid we are spending less than half the amount of money on fuel with an average of @ 33 miles per gallon. With the savings of zero percent financing and the fuel cost it was very clear which SUV was the best budget friendly vehicle to purchase.

feels like a downgrade from my 2019 - disappointed

don't like third row weird height. less room overall with those armrests for a row I will never use. So now not as wide. Sunroof moon roof. disappointing I liked the way 2019 opened all the way (Double) . this is a mini open with a separate window and older version opened and closed inside pannel now manual to close cover. electronics are slower. Walk up to the car takes too long to open then you try to use the handle and it relocks, and don't get me started on what used to be a doubl;e tap now has to be perfectly timed inside touch with precision to open passenger door. so frustrating and the key fob is awkward and hard to use buttons are hard to click and not good for one hand auto hatch open works terrible you have to stand there for 30 seconds not walk up with open. and the fob is so hard to access for hatch its worthless. I have to do it manually I bought the exact same car 7 years later and it is less advanced, without as much space, slower to react with worse options.

My Hyundai Experience

Love love love my new Santa Fe. This is my first SUV so I was concerned that I wouldn’t like ride. I was wrong this is one of the must comfortable vehicle I’ve own. It had the best sound system I’ve ever had.

Great Choice for Grandparents

We love the third row seating for allowing us to take all five grandchildren with us. We upgraded sooner if we had known about the excellent fuel mileage and the overall value and safety features that Hyundai has built into the vehicle. We have no regrets about our decision to upgrade our car to the new Santa Fe.

The interior is spacious, the ride quality is top-notch, and the handling is great. It also comes packed with convenient features. The only downside is that the rear AC isn't very strong, so passengers in the back don't feel cool right away, which is a bit disappointing.
