My Hyundai

We got the limited and love it. However there are too many push button controls. A knob gives so much better control wspeciallfornthings like radio volume and heater fans. It’s too easy to brush against one and delete what you were trying for.

This car is very economical, comfortable, effortless to drive, safe and great looking. Whether it's a trip around town or a long road trip, I look forward to getting behind the wheel. It practically drives itself!

In my opinion, Hyundai is the worst!

Hyundai Hybrids are not worth even half the dollars they cost. Made poorly and Hyundai doesn’t stand behind their vehicles

Manufacturing Defect

My vehicle went bad after two years of use. I bought it cpo when it had a little less than 5000 miles. Though I appreciate the warranty, in this year my car has hardly been used due to multiple repairs. Among those repairs, the entire transmission and battery has been replaced. I don't know what to do. I am stuck with a car that I will have to constantly repair until the warranty is up and then I simply have to throw it away as it is defective. I doubt I will ever by from Hyundai again. I don't think I can recommend the brand as I once had. To be fair, I Was pleased with the vehicle's interior, comfort and handling, until this event has happened in my life. This debt that I am dealing with as a result comes at a terrible time.

Not the quality I expected for a brand new 42k vehicle

I've request over and over for Hyundai service to find the noise in front of my steering wheel. It's only apparent at higher speeds or when very windy out. The quick little test drive they take doesn't make the sound obvious. They haven't used any better listening devices, etc. The sound drives me bonkers when I'm on the highway.. ALL THE TIME. The windshield was installed wrong and had to be corrected. My back trunk/gate rattles around like there's screws loose in it.. they made some kind of repair once but the rattling came back. The plastic buttons on the dash have bubbles in them. The car is certainly not quality and the warranty is useless. They have threatened me that they cannot take the dash apart to find the rattling noise because if they can't find it, they'll charge me for the cost of their labor.. That's what a 3k additional warranty gets you! Oh and last time I went for service, the guy offered to knock the price down on the cost of tire rotation if I paid him cash.. real nice.

The overall driving experience, performance and useful features per unit price make this vehicle, a stiff competitor to Honda and Toyota. The only question is will the vehicle maintain its good performance and last as long as either of these brands? Time will tell.
