I have bought new Hyundai's since 2007 , this is one of the best

Easy to drive, handles well, great mileage, averaging low to mid 40s Would have rated it 5 but the AC compressor went out at 6003 miles during the recent heat wave!

2014 Tucson Hybrid SEL

My issue is with the sales department at McGovern 93 where I purchased the vehicle. There was a problem with the license plate install that has yet to be repaired by the dealer. Damage was mentioned to maintenance team and they said it is a sales issue and we need to deal with them. Have contacted the sales team multiple times with no response. Quite disappointing. Probably won’t use that dealer again.

Good Service (but somethings change)

I was unaware of the changes within the possibilities of your car's examination you guys do not give a tire rotation when a FACTORY EXAMINATION of the 2024 vehicle. So I understand it's a paid item now! When I purchased my new 2022 Santa Cruz, they've always had a tire rotation that came with it. What happen it that time the Warranty is the same, but I'll stop complaining and just pay for the tire rotation next time the dash says Maintenance Needed. just wanted to make someone aware thanks

Ridiculously Loud Backup Sound

Overall we are happy most aspects of the car but we will be getting rid of it due to the RIDICULOUSLY loud backup sound which requires us to leave the car out because it wakes up the people in the house. VERY inconvenient especially in the winter. Recognizing that a sound is needed this one is louder than any motorized vehicle would ever make and it comes out of the front of the car. When we test drove it we did not back it up. We were not aware that we should have checked this. If we had, we would not have purchased the car. Many great features in it, very disappointed.
