Vehicle is sub-par.

Vehicle has too much technology. I can’t figure all of it out. The dashboard isn’t intuitive. There are many icons on the dashboard that I’ve never seen. I don’t know what many mean.

Not Satisfying

Overall, my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is comfortable to drive and has a smooth ride. However, I have been disappointed in several areas. First, the fuel economy has averaged only about 30 miles per gallon, which is lower than I expected and lower than comparable Kia hybrid models. Second, the BlueLink system has not been reliable. The calendar feature has never worked properly, and when I contacted BlueLink Customer Support, I was told this is a known Hyundai issue that has remained unresolved for a long time. Finally, I have experienced repeated problems with the EVAP canister. Although my vehicle has not been driven off-road or through rough terrain, the canister has failed twice and had to be replaced within the first two years of ownership. I believe this component should be more durable under normal driving conditions. I hope Hyundai will improve the fuel efficiency, resolve the long-standing BlueLink issues, and address the durability of the canister in future vehicles.

Meets my expectations on mpg, besides having an excellent response when needed. Being 55+yo, I would have hoped seats more comfortable, but excellent choice for younger market. Need no more on features.

2024 Tucson Hybrid Limited - Deep Sea Blue

Overall a great vehicle. No issues at all after two years and 25k miles. I replaced a 2016 Tucson Limited and the new car has more power, more cargo room and the infotainment system is improved. Only negative from a mechanical standpoint is the turning radius which make the car cumbersome when trying to turn around in a tight spot. The interior has lost a lot of the functionality that we loved with the 2016 Tucson, Door cubbies are almost useless, the center console amount to a big bin where things get jumbled, and there is no longer overhead storage for glasses. Color choice for the 24 year model also left a lot to be desired and did not match what is sown on the website.

Our Tucson has proven to be a terrific value for how we drive. It is fuel efficient with very good cargo space for the size. We would definitely consider another when the time is right.

Excellent car to drive

I have thoroughly enjoyed owning and driving this car. It is comfortable to ride in and handles very well. I drive for Uber and I get many complements on how nice the car rides. In my two years of ownership, I have driven 56K miles I still love to drive this car.

best for safety

good performance on mileage and safety but if it can add more safety feature on right side since the seat header is blocking the view even after taking the head off, passenger blocked the view too , should add camera there. Maybe add the automatic parking assistance. turn light should be on the upper by the brake light also, right now it is too low,it was on the bottom

Tuscon - you could do better

I don't recommend the Tuscon. I have had too many problems with it and it has been in the shop 3 times, the first time for 3 1/2 weeks. The ride is rugged instead of being smooth. I have been leasing cars for 30+ years and this is the worst car I have driven. You can definitely find a better overall car than this one.

Overall a very nice car.

All good with the exception of the following Three Issues. 3. It needs to have Regular Cruise Control in addition to the Adaptive. 2. Why on earth can you not use the Door Lock button on the Door when exiting the vehicle to lock the doors????? 1. Biggest complaint on 2024 Tuscan. The speaker volume for reverse and the 'hum' is ridiculously loud!!!!!! Can there be a software update to reduce the volume Please!!!

Excellent comfort, driving feel, gas mileage, and the backup camera and overhead camera view make parking easy. The seat is so comfortable that I want to take it home with me to sit in while working on the PC.
