Software Restricts Driver - Awful to Drive

The software limits & controls the driver too much. Horrible diving experience. Need cruise control without lane correction or driver assist function. Need your “take a break” warning algorithm to be shut off as driver sees fit. Terrible to drive. Cannot wait to sell it.

Bad transmission and faulty automatic brake system

I bought the car on the 09/10/2025 and the car transmission system broke down including the automatic brake system on the 10/01/2025. Car was towed back to the dealership service center Heritage Hyundai Towson 801 York road till date. I told them that I don’t want the car no more and they should refund the cost of purchase and other expenses back to the financing company EXETER and Hyundai Motors and dealership refused to. I have already engaged a legal attorney and she has formally written to Hyundai to refund my money. I have already told Hyundai Motors that this issues has led to metal health issues and serious depression. If they don’t refund me soonest, I am writing to my congressman and my Senator and then all media stations you advertise your product to help me talk to you people to refund my money back to the financing company. Nobody is going to buy a brand new car and start fixing the transmission problem. They are claiming that it was the oil pump of the transmission that failed and they fixed after 28 days. Me I can’t drive that car because I don’t trust it anymore and that transmission is going to fail again. I once had a Hyundai Sonata same way the transmission failed when there was no longer warranty on it and I was not having the money to a brand new transmission so I had to throw it out with huge loss. I don’t want to experience it again. Please you guys make a refund urgently so we can all be in the same page. Hyundai Motors can do it. Business is profit and loss. Me l cannot bear the loss of your factory product failure.

Cool features not true actual world mpg

To early to tell but so far happy with it. Decent smooth ride. Good power. Can not customize driver dashboard cluster. The few cluster display changes are useless. No auto lock feature when leaving the vehicle, must lock with key fob or app. Comfortable seats, nice pick up, great safety features. Sun roof is cool. We got the limited and have all available features and they definitely are needed. 34-35 mpg around town is possible. S

Moving from a 2020 Sonata Ultimate to a 2025 Tucson Hybrid Ultimate

After test-driving the 2025 RAV4 Ultimate Hybrid and the 2026 Honda CR-V Ultimate, I chose the 2025 Tucson Hybrid Ultimate trim. Though the RAV4 and CR-V are excellent vehicles, I believe the Tucson is a better option. Its looks, power, comfort, warranty, price, and technology are superior. While the RAV4 and CR-V have a proven track record, the Tucson's warranty helps to close any gap.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

By far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I love all of the safety features and creature comforts. My only complaint is the lack of overall range and the fuel mileage dropping 8-10 miles per gallon at highway speeds. And on a minor point, the rear turn signals are positioned on the lower part of the bumper and not very visible. A better option would be the taillights to also serve as the turn signals

So Very Very Sad

I had had a good experience with the Sonata I inherited. So, I was enthusiastic about buying a new Hyundai. It was to be the car/vehicle I would keep for years. I am so really unhappy with my purchase, car/suv. So unhappy. This is the worst big purchase I have ever made. Good tires. Good handling on the road--when I am able to be the driver. Horrible Horrible Horrible "driver assist" anything electronic. I have tried to deal with the dealer-Balise I HAVE never felt so UNSAFE IN A VEHICLE. as I do in this Tuscon 2025 (bought new from Cape Cod)

Excellent SUV

I bought my Hybrid Tucson in late November, 2025. So far I am very satisfied with the drive and feel of this SUV. I bought the limited model, which has a lot of bells and whistles. Unfortunately, I have not tried most of them yet. I will say that the heated seats both front and rear heat up very rapidly as is the heated steering wheel a real luxury that I have not had in my past SUV. My only concern is that the stated dimensions should have been only 1inch less on with then my Nissan Murano when it is at least 3 to 4 inchs less. Mileage is OK or slightly less then advertised.

The computer is a bit much

Enjoying the car. There are some features I feel are unnecessary involving the car computer system. The Apple car pay uses a lot of data and will quickly cause you to go over your plan if not an unlimited plan. The seat takes a long time to get it set at the right height and distance. I’ve also been receiving scam letters in the mail every week since purchasing the car asking to purchase additional warranties or posing as Hyundai & posing as the DMV

Nothing to complain about

Downsized from a Palisade to the Tucson for improved mileage and better APR. while I loved the Palisade, I think I like the Tucson better. While not as big, it is extremely comfortable and intuitive to drive. My only “complaint “ would be that Hyundai doesn’t have proximity keys to lock the door when I walk away.

I love most things about it

The interior. The exterior. The ride. The infotainment system. The amazing full sunroof. Unfortunately after 4289 miles it bricked. Apparently because of "recall" (according to the dealer) bit really it was a service note. Two software updates. After leaving it for a week with the dealer I got it back. Before it went to dealer I wasn't getting sticker gas mileage- but it wasn't far off. Since getting it back it has been in the basement. I took it for an oil change but that didn't help.
