Ok

Liked my Toyota Highlander better. But sadly it died😥 This car looks great and has lots of cool features but after owning a Highlander there's no comparison. 1 good thing, Hyundai is cheaper to buy.

Catastrophic Engine Failure at 67,000 Miles

My 2020 Hyundai Tucson's engine died at just 67,000 miles. Hyundai denied my warranty claim, citing "lack of maintenance" even though I provided service records of oil changes I preformed myself. They asked for photos of odometer taken during oil change. They denied my claim when I didn't have any—an impossible and ridiculous requirement clearly designed to let them evade responsibility for their defective engines. Don't just take my word for it. A quick search reveals numerous class-action lawsuits over Hyundai's faulty engines. This is a known, widespread problem they refuse to address honestly. The warranty is a marketing gimmick. It was useless when I needed it most. I am now facing a multi-thousand dollar engine replacement on a four-year-old car. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and consulting with an attorney. Learn from my mistake: avoid Hyundai.

I love my Hyundai Tucson

I have owned 2 Hyundai vehicles over the past total 20 years with minimal problems. A good mechanic who helps you make sound decisions about your car care is essential. I had the transmission replaced at 100,000 miles based on the mechanic recommendation. That car was still going strong after the trans was replaced at188,000 miles! I sold it and bought a new Hyundai Tucson and I'm planned to drive this car hopefully at least 185,000!

I like it. Still getting used to it after 1yr.

I like driving it, it’s economical and comfortable once you get in my problem is the driver seat is too low and there’s no way to adjust its height. I am handicapped and have poor mobility, so this is not a good feature for me. Overall, I would raided an eight out of 10 prior to this Tucson. I drove a Toyota Highlander. I prefer the Highlander, however there’s a considerable difference in price dependability about the same

Vehicle has been very dependable

Vehicle has been very dependable only complaint is ive come out in The morning and back gate has been open has only happened a few times but is concerning. I like all the option on the ultimate model. Love the heated and cooled seats and the heated steering wheel and adjustable front seats

Not for me.

Good small car for around the town travel. Just not the best fit for my family wish I went bigger. It does hesitate before it goes once u hit the gas pedal. And the catalytic converter has been replaced twice.

This is my second Tucson and it drives really nice. The car drives smooth on the highway. The car is comfortable as the Driver and Passenger. I have taken long trips with no problems because it drives smooth in the city except for potholes.

Safety features failure

I purchased a 2021 Tucson , one of the safety features i like are the anti collision sensor as well of the 7 air bag on the interior, unfortunately i was in a accident which results in a total loss, believe it or not non of the airbags was deployed and the anti collision sensor in a medium sensitivity was not working as well. I would not recommend the brand at all. After inspection by Hyundai ingeniers they said that everything works normal lol even with the physical and obvious results. Please think twice before to decide to buy those brand. Also check the recalls that they have are a lot , and some of them related with safety features.

Made a poor choice

Hyundai has proven itself to be unsupportive of their design and vehicles they sell. The recent debacle with the ignition switch weakness to theft is sufficient to demonstrate this is an inferior brand.

Fun

Tuscan is very good with gas mileage, short and long distance. It drives very smoothly. The transfer between gears is easy and smooth. The best part of the car is the digital speed reader, seeing the actual speed make it better to drive.

How much to install automatic windows on the other 3 doors instead of just the driver window? No air conditioned seats in back, only heated seats in front and back seats. Automatic power window only for front driver. Need all 4 windows to be automatic. How much to put air conditioning in the back seats? Because I already have air conditioned seats in the front. Also when will your brand new facility be ready to use?
