Mostly up but some downs

Been a pretty good car but a couple of problems. Mainly tire's that came on it were to soft had to replace before 20000 miles because I kept having flats. Second had to replace the fuel tank filter because it stopped up because I live on a dirt road. I had to pay out of pocket for both.

You get what you pay for

Honestly the car is mad on the inexpensive side so be prepared for torn seats, inconsistent charging pad and for the display screen to be jumpy but gas mileage is great

Wish it had more safety features

I gave the young salesperson a verbal list of everything I wanted on the vehicle and he "found one," not in my color preference, and called me in to test drive it. I asked him about the safety features that I had initially mentioned and he said they were on this vehicle. I was totally unfamiliar with Hyundai vehicles at that point other than seeing multiple commercials on TV. I did not discover until days after signing the papers and taking ownership that the vehicle did not have all that I was told. Still, the car has "enough" standard safety features but, going forward I am now better-informed and will not just trust the word of the very young and apparently inexperienced salesperson. Btw, he was no longer at that dealership 3 months later and was now selling furniture. Lesson learned!

Great features and a solid ride for less

I’ve loved all the features that come with the SEL Convenience package. The car drives smoothly and while it lacks a bit of power the ride is smooth even at high speeds. It’s a great deal for what I delivers and feels reliable although I’m only at 30,000 miles. My only complaint is that the faux leather seats have already cracked and split in some places. The warranty doesn’t seem to cover the replacement which is pretty frustrating but I’ve reached out to Hyundai customer service and hoping they will approve my claim to have the seat covers replaced.

Vehicle looses value too quickly

I don't know if it is a reputation issue or what but my 23 Tucson Limited is valued at nearly half what I paid for it. $4K Less than I owe. Never been upside down on a car until now What is strange is that cars with the tech, features and reliability of this car cost a lot more but it is not worth the rapid devaluation. Plus Crain Hyundai is the only dealership in NW AR and I am VERY dissatisfied with their dishonesty. I can't say I'll ever buy Hyundai again.

My Review

Although my wife and I like our Tucson very much, there are a few things we don't. First - the driver's seat doesn't go down all the way. Second - it is not easy to switch the driver's profile when one of us goes to drive after the other one has been driving. Third - the doors do not always unlock when we put our hands through the handles (note - it does open from the key fob but it is frustrating for the doors not to unlock both ways). Fourth - I expected the acceleration to be quicker than it is.

Pretty Good Car

It's been a good car so far. Too many gadgets dying things. Really appreciate the back up camera and the side warning for cars. Warranty does not cover some of the things placed to protect the paint and they peel up and look terrible, but they can be replaced for a slightly exorbitant price. Love the people at the dealership. They are so knowledge and helpful.
