Good value for price

I like the features and options that come with the car, but there have been some quality issues that I would not have expected as a former Hyundai owner. Specifically, the fuel door was locked closed and needs repair. Also, the proximity door unlock is tricky at best. Often, i have to dig out my keys from my purse to unlock the door as the auto-unlock is faulty. Other item is A/C defaults to odd settings and I am constantly having to constantly reselect recirculated air option. Annoying little things throw off the ownership experience with this model, especially when it can be weeks to schedule a service appointment at the dealership. I hope the quality improves, as I love the car if all features worked consistently.

Low oil light issue

Had this vehicle for almost 3 years and I have been to the service center more than I can count for one major issue Recurring low light issue I have had several oil consumption tests Oil consumption cleanings and I’m still having issues with the oil levels No one seems to know why this happens

Poor Quality

I have 25K miles and brakes need to be replaced including rotors. Dealership said poor quality that cannot handle northeast weather.

Happy with our Tucson.

We are very happy with our Tucson. Itgives a nice ride and has been good on the MPG we get. I had 2 problems which was handled by Wesley Chapel Hyundai. The blower motor switch did not work on the low setting and the cable to let down .the back seat broke. Other than that the Tucson has been very enjoyable. The inclused 3 year mtce. was a nice perk. It was a nice lease package.

Decent vehicle

pretty decent vehicle, but the price doesn’t exactly justify the features. It’s one of those vehicles that you’re proud to have and to drive people around in, but in the back of your mind, you’re wondering if it was worth spending so much on. Driving experience and comfort are fantastic, but I personally had some issues with the power train (no issues so far with the drive train) but that could be specific for my vehicle. Decent upgrade from my 2018 Tucson.

EXCELLENT CAR!

Excellent Carr. I test drove everything in its class when I was looking. Lexus, a Toyota RAV4, Subaru, outback, Mazda, and this was by far the best. The most comfortable, some of the top safety and reliability ratings, and it comes with maintenance for life! They’re practically paying you to take it. I’ve had it just on two years now and I’ve put almost 50,000 miles on it without a single issue.

I no longer own this vehicle

It was reliable most of the time. Once I had picked up a nail in the tire, the sealant never held and it continually lost air and the tires wore unevenly giving a ride that wasn't always smooth.
