Decent vehicle

pretty decent vehicle, but the price doesn’t exactly justify the features. It’s one of those vehicles that you’re proud to have and to drive people around in, but in the back of your mind, you’re wondering if it was worth spending so much on. Driving experience and comfort are fantastic, but I personally had some issues with the power train (no issues so far with the drive train) but that could be specific for my vehicle. Decent upgrade from my 2018 Tucson.

EXCELLENT CAR!

Excellent Carr. I test drove everything in its class when I was looking. Lexus, a Toyota RAV4, Subaru, outback, Mazda, and this was by far the best. The most comfortable, some of the top safety and reliability ratings, and it comes with maintenance for life! They’re practically paying you to take it. I’ve had it just on two years now and I’ve put almost 50,000 miles on it without a single issue.

I no longer own this vehicle

It was reliable most of the time. Once I had picked up a nail in the tire, the sealant never held and it continually lost air and the tires wore unevenly giving a ride that wasn't always smooth.

Nice, with Some Flaws

The SUV is great in most regards. My wife and I love the look, the ride (smooth), the suspension (it sits nice and high), and the many conveniences packed in that are typically left to higher trims from other brands (blind spot monitoring, heated seats, adaptive cruise, custom interior LED lighting, etc.). However, there are some inconveniences we've come across over our 2.5 years driving it, the main ones include: 1. Infotainment System—The car's stock computer system is clunky and hard to find or remember where things are. We would love an easier way to switch between devices (phone projection), as my wife and I often switch between phones for Apple CarPlay. Offering a custom shortcut for this on the home screen would be awesome! --- Another negative we've experienced on multiple occasions is that the system completely loses connection with our phone(s) and/or refuses to (re)connect at all. Sometimes turning the car off and on helps; other times, it has to sit for a while. No clue what causes this. 2. Wiper Blade(s) & Design—We live in the upper Midwest, where snow, ice, and rain are common. The hood covering the blades looks nice from a design perspective; however, because of this, there's no easy way to fully pull the blades up and sit them vertically to remove buildup of snow, ice, or debris. In addition, the stock wiper blades themselves were not very good, often leaving streaks or missing areas of the windshield. 3. Acceleration "Whine"—Most noticeable when using the adaptive cruise, there is a subtle high-pitched "whine" inside the car when it accelerates. This can get annoying.

Love this car!

Cup holders are in a perfect position. Love the seat warming function during the winter. Love the roomy interior and hach back allows me to load so much in my car. Charge port for my phone is a great feature.

Poor quality and terrible customer service

Poor quality materials, many problems with the window trim. I had problems for 6 months, they even got to the point of telling me they can't do anything for you anymore, so the Tucson has to stay cosmetically damaged. After they told me that, I said I would never buy a Hyundai again because it's frustrating when you buy a new car to avoid problems, and it turns out you bought a problem. Today I already have my Tucson repaired, but I'm considering exchanging it for another brand because I'm disappointed with Hyundai.
