2023 Tucson

Have had to take it in 2-3x for a noise when turn on ac or heat at this point just dealing with it because it still does it. Nobody seems to know how to fix it.

Good for bopping around

Overall the Tucson has been very reliable. I've no issues with it except the rear end has developed a "clunking" sound and its headed to the shop tomorrow to see if they can figure it out. For value, its good, styling is great, but in the end its a basic vehicle with an underperforming engine.

2023 is the BEST vehicle ever made by Hyundai

The 2023 Tucson is the best one you've made. It has a true surround cabin feeling with no knobs for radio or thermostat so it feels like a true 21 Century vehicle. The integrated screen also plays into this surround feeling and appearance, as the higher screens above the dash line are obtrusive and ugly. I realize you shot yourself in the foot and did away with these very important features of the 2023 Tucson, which will send me to another car instead of being a repeat customer when I am ready to purchase. Love the fast pick up, handling and control. Perfect in snow and ice with a flip of a switch- no chains needed. Comfortable for it's price point, however, the seats are hard to vacuum as things get stuck in the little circles in the seat material design. I think this is for the heated/AC seats which are a MUST! As is the heated steering wheel a decision maker for me. Love this vehicle so so so so so so so so so so much. Why did you ruin it with the new interior design? Love the angles and extras on the outside design especially the rear bumper design.

Very Dissatisfied

I'm sorry to write this, I have been into the dealership with the same problem, Our 2023 Hyundai Tuscon has a very obnoxious Knock(Rattle) in the engine. Totally don't understand why it has not been repaired. Was told that to drive it and if its a problem to bring it back. Jack Carroll dealership in Burlington has been trying to help us on this.
