Body steel is so thin that hail damage occurs almost every storm

My biggest complaint is the thickness of the steel on the body. It cannot withstand the slightest hail without denting.

My 24 Tucson didn’t come with a garage door opener or an alarm system, both should be on all cars

The worst Hyundai I've had

My 2024 Tucson is my 6th Hyundai and my wife is on her 4th or 5th Hyundai and my current Tucson is the only one I've been unhappy with. I can't stand the power train because it's so under powered. The transmission constantly down shifts, it has no pickup, and the entertainment system periodically resets for no reason. I wouldn't recommend a Tucson to anyone, but I would get another Hyundai with a better power train.

Love the style

Car is very nice Enjoy the handling Love the space and color Really don’t like the wipers can’t keep up when it rains The tires wore down really fast already replaced the when under 30,000 on car disappointing that such cheap tire were use.

Hyundai Tucson All Right But Not What I Had Hoped

I bought the Tucson hoping it would be easier for my wife to get into than our Nissan Pathfinder and give us better gas mileage. It was all right, but we had issues from the start. Turns out the front driver assist wouldn't work correctly. I asked the Granite City Illinois Weber Chevrolet dealership where we bought the car to fix it during our first routine service call, but they said I'd have to take it back to Hyundai to be fixed because the manufacturer's warranty should cover it. Taking it back to the Hyundai dealership that originally sold it, Auffenberg Hyundai O'Fallon Illinois, was a major disappointment. We were informed by the service rep that the Tucson's original owner brought the vehicle there for service, informing them she had a fender bender accident which she had fixed by an acquaintance on the side. Her acquaintance couldn't fix the front sonar, which she had broken in the accident. Long story short, no one, not the dealership or the owner, reported the accident or service request. Instead, she traded it in without informing Weber. Weber sold it to us without informing us. We got stuck with a $3,000 repair bill just to be able to use the cruise control for more than three minutes. That soured us a bit. In the end we traded it for a 2026 Pathfinder, which is a much better vehicle.

Huge disappointment!

Buyer beware! The most problems I've had with a car in 30 years. Even more disappointing is the lack of customer service and support from Hyundai. After myriad mechanical /safety issues with the car I was convinced I had a lemon and tried to work with Hyundai to resolve them. They hid behind my state's lemon car law and refused to take the car back. ( Leased) The value of these cars drop like a rock. Even Hyundai didn't want it back! I initially got the car because of its safety and reliability ratings and unfortunately this car failed on both.
