The perfect car for work & health

As a mobile dj I need a lot of help loading in and out. Having the kids in my pocket and the trunk opening for me has saved so much time and energy. My disabled wife comes along and all the reclining seats helped transfer her to and from surgeries & doctors visits.

2024 is not a good model year

Handling is not as good from front end to back. Outside noise. Apple Car Play not available without USB cord. Bluetooth does not always connect. and YES I know how to do it.

Engine performance is poor. Needs more power.

Tech was nice. Engine performance was poor. Didn't feel safe pulling into highway. Size may me feel vulnerable. Would not chose this vehicle again. Recently traded it, sadly after 18months. Not a good choice.

Decent price for options BUT I'm not sure it's reliable.

Twice since we bought this vehicle it loses power!!! The second time my wife was getting on the turnpike. She started to accelerate to get into the flow of traffic. The vehicle lost power and my wife quickly pulled onto the side of the road. She called me and told me what was taking place. She waited on the side of the road about 10 minutes and then started to accelerate again. The vehicle did something similar but didn't die. She drove slowly to work and shut off the vehicle. She worked an 8 hour day and then came out, started the vehicle and started to drive home. This time it didn't loss power and she made it home. So again, this is twice. I have a friend that has two tucsan's. This happened once to BOTH of his vehicles. We both have decided we will not buy another Hyundai.

Great accessories for the cost.

Love my Hyundai. I have owned 3 Santa Fe’s, Kia Soul and now my 2024 Tucson, loved them all. Never had any issues or serious problems with my vehicles. Great warranty, accessories for the price and safety features, it’s better than an Lexes or Caddy for the price.
