Love my tucson

I’ve had my brand new Tucson for about 3.5 years now and love it! Routine service keeps her running smooth and no issues overall so far (knock on wood!). Kept me safe in an accident and still in great condition. Highly recommend. I know people that drive other Hyundai models and love them too. Great brand love!

Horrible experience for buying a brand new vehicle

Within first year the brand new vehicle had to have a transmission replaced & the fuel pump. Leading to long periods of me not having a car that I was still paying for. Once I reluctantly agreed to a rental the 3rd time the vehicle would be gone to be fixed again the rental company took out over $1000 from my personal checking account months later due to the dealership not sending payment for the rental. Overall the stress of buying a brand new vehicle that had major parts that needed to be replaced. A dealership that took months to find the problem. Horrible customer service & communication I deeply regret the purchase. Would never recommend.

All is well except for this engine cutoff at stops. Would like to leave it running but I am forced to tap the switch.
