Very bad

Since I bought it I have issues with a vehicle Heat and AC turning on/ off by itself. Sensors coming on without anything blocking them.

16K miles, 1.5 years and car in for service due to undrivable warning

Losing a week due to the check engine - DO NOT DRIVE - warning. Had to be towed to dealer. Very inconvenient. Tow truck leaked oil in multiple spots on my driveway - detergent didn't clean it up. Adding up to a bad experience. Waiting to see what the dealer says - likely under warranty - but still a pain. Hyundai not on my next car to buy list right now.

The vehicle has nice body styling, great safety features, easy to maneuver and drive, great cargo space, standard Bluelink and Apple Carplay are great features.

Love the Car!! HATE - That I have requested many, many times that you remove my old cars, that I turned in to you at the lease end from my current records. I continuously receive recall notices on previously leased vehicles, prompting me to have to enter my VIN # only to find there is no recall on my current vehicle. Of course I expect no action to be taken on this because my many prior requests have been fruitless!!! A follow up Email would be appreciated!!

We love our Tucson! We have a Santa Fe and also drove an Elantra but needed something bigger so got Tucson. It has been great just took 8 hr trip to Arkansas and had no problems. We can haul small items including flooring and lumber.

This is our second Hyundai and was so impressed with the first one we had for 11 years we replaced it with this one . Would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend looking for a new vehicle . Quality and price you can’t beat .

Tucson Review

I like my Tucson a lot. I like the size and the milage. I don't like a company out of Missouri trying to get me to pay for maintenance. The letters come with the Hyundai name on the letterhead. It's a scam which you probably can't do anything about.
