Smooth operation and ride. Good power. Love the size, and it has lots of passenger room and rear space. Like the safety features. Love the wheels and the car design.

A Dream to Drive

I have the Limited edition and absolutely love it. It has more features for the money than any other car we looked at in its size and class. It's easy to handle, and the cameras are fabulous. I have only one complaint and it's probably more about me than the car: I'm short so the best way for me to see over the hood is to raise the driver's seat. But then I have to lower it to get out of the car. The raising and lowering can be a nuisance sometimes. But that's a minor irritant, believe me.

Comfy ride

I previously had a Hyundai vehicle and decided to give it a try again. I like the Tucson a lot, but really wish the gear buttons between the bucket seats was done differently. There are some features I do not even use, and I've had issues with the USB when my phone is plugged in. Wish it was more Android friendly.

Pretty good with some small issues

Very good for the most part. Problem with CarPlay from time to time and have been told Hyundai is not working on fixing the issue and it’s a well known connectivity issue. Had one bad experience with a dealer trying to charge me a diagnostic fee for an alignment issue when I presented the issue and diagnosed it myself. Ended up leaving and manager called to apologize and correct. Explained that if they didn’t charge it the tech doesn’t get paid. I explained not my problem. I don’t pay a diagnostic fee when you did not diagnose anything. Otherwise good service.

Not sure what this is

It’s nice, technology between app and car doesnt work well. It’ll say on my app my car is unlocked, but it’s not. Or it’ll say the remote start started but it didn’t. Or I can’t use the fob to move the car like it’s supposed to. So it would be nicer if the technology was actually working consistently but it’s only 50% of the time

I’m not happy with car! Mileage bad. Electric system bad.

When I called Hyundai at 7pm they said couldn’t come until next day as they only come if stuck on road. I needed car that evening!

Tucson quality and performance is excellent, beware some dealers.

Very happy with the Tucson, the electronics, and the reliability. Like the Athens, Georgia dealer, but beware of the Milledgeville service department.
