After purchasing this vehicle with high expectations based on Hyundai’s reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, I have unfortunately encountered a series of issues that have left me frustrated and disheartened.
From the start, the vehicle has fallen short of the standards I was led to believe it would meet, mechanical issues, electrical malfunctions, uncomfortable ride quality, excessive road noise, etc. These issues have not only inconvenienced me but have also eroded my confidence in the vehicle and the brand as a whole.
What is most concerning is poor dealership service, lack of responsiveness, or unresolved repairs. As a consumer, I expected more accountability and customer care from a brand that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.
I chose Hyundai over other competitors based on your advertised promises of reliability and value, but at this point, I’m seriously reconsidering my decision. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure future Tucson models—and the support experience that accompanies them—better reflect the values Hyundai claims to uphold.
