Very happy with my Hyundai Tucson

I enjoy driving my 2024 Tucson Limited and appreciate its many standard features. Comfortable ride, has Sport option and is not at all underpowered. I believe it to be a great value compared with other SUVs in its class.

Have had a couple of problems with it

I like the vehicle although soon after I bought it the car alarm went off for seemingly no reason multiple times. After taking it back to the dealership twice it was discovered that the back seat sensor was too sensitive so it was turned off. This past January it wouldn't start so it was towed to the dealership and I was told that the battery had a bad cell and it was replaced. I delayed having it taken to the dealer because the free Hyundai towing said it was for emergency towing only due to the extreme winter weather.

Dependable, well built and comfortable.

I have no complaints about my Hyundai Tucson. It is comfortable to drive and to ride in; gets good gas mileage and has had absolutely no service issues. I would definitely buy another one.

2024 Hyundai Tucson

I really like my Tucson. It is dependable and handles well. I like that you offer Sirius XM. Not having Sirius would probably be a deal killer for me and I would have to look at other vehicles. I do not like that you discontinued having a CD player as part of the audio system. I also do not like that the car did not include an auxiliary plug in for the radio. Maybe to your surprise, but not everyone uses apple car play. I do not like fiddling with my phone for entertainment while on the road. Another thing that is very annoying is having to push a button every time I get in the car to turn off that ridiculous feature that shuts off the car every time you stop. It makes me wonder how long it will be before that switch wears out. For the overall styling I do not like the silver on the side near the back. A carbon fiber look or just black would be much more appealing.

Like it, my second Tucson, the two Tucson’s I’ve had are the only two of the many new cars I’ve owned that I’ve never had to take back after finding something wrong under warranty.
