Love it

I love my Tucson. The only issue is how much oil it burns, but after having it for 2.5 years, I have no other compliants! The safety and bonus features are amazing. I'm happy with my choice.

Average experience.

Vehicle has always taken a lot of effort to go uphill, even at non-steep inclines. Drive gets very jumpy and inconsistent when gas is low (<50 miles). Carplay consistently has trouble connecting to phones on a weekly or biweekly basis. Air on low is cold, which is good, but if you increase it by one degree to 62, the car becomes extremely warm and stuffy. No back windshield wash, only wiper. Car does not always lock or unlock with keyless entry/touch to lock. Having to hold down the trunk button, instead of just pressing once, from the drivers seat to close it can be inconvenient.Wireless charger can be finicky, does not always charge.

Disappointed in chronic problems with electronics and bad service.

I have had this car for almost 3 years and I have had chronic problems with the electronics. I have had my car in for repair no less than four times for the same issue. In fact it was so unacceptable that I tried to turn the car in early. I submitted a claim with Hyundai and they said that I did not qualify for a claim under the law. This car is undoubtedly a lemon.
