TUCSON

AC doesn't work properly Safety features are terrible especially the front brake assist, brakes totally lock up and pets and people are thrown about without warning. The back truck shell is cheap and hollow. I backed up and hit the corner of someone's taillight. The Tuscon has a huge dent and the other cars taillight didn't even break. I want my jeep back, do not like.

They didn't check the tire pressure

Last Saturday, August 16th, I took the car in for its first service, and I told the man who helped me to check the tires because they all had between 28 and 30 pounds of pressure. He told me not to worry, that they would do it. But they didn't. I also asked him why the coolant was below the minimum line, and he simply told me, "That's normal." I think they should provide better customer service and give us a better explanation.

I am enjoying this vehicle. It’s very comfortable and the display and controls are beautiful and work well. The back seats are roomy with lots of storage behind them. This is my first Hyundai and I am impressed!

Overall not a bad vehicle, Hyundai Motor Finance is biggest con

The vehicle has nice amount of extras and bells and whistles for the price class. Inside styling it's nice and engine performs in sport mode about as well as a smaller Turbo engine did in my previous vehicle. The biggest con by far is Hyundai Motor Finance US. Despite moving lease payment dates in the UK they refuse to do it in the US so you have to lease the vehicle on the date you want the Payment which is ridiculous and may discourage me from Hyundai in the future

Nicely proportioned vehicle. Makes pulling into and out of parking slips easy. Don’t like the “thump” when engine shuts down at a red light. And there is a small blind spot.

So many features for so little money!

This is our second Tucson. Our daughter needed a second car for her family and after we paid off our 2017 Tucson we gave it to her with no hesitation because it is a safe and reliable car. When it was time to find a replacment we traded in our BMW and for the first time in 50 years became a one-car family. It was a no-brainer to select Hyundai and our 2025 Tucson came with a plethora of high end features other cars can't offer at this price point. We Love It!!

Decent. A Bit overpriced. Drives Smoothly.

This version of the Tuscon drive smoothly, more like a car than your average SUV. The seats could be more comfortable. The display unit is nice stretching across the front, but I bet it is outrageous to replace when it goes out. The worse feature ever is the idiotic auto stop/start feature found on all new cars. It does nothing for your car except contribute to earl wear and tear.
