Great vehicle, awful experience in maintenance.

Everything was excellent, but the o Lu thing is that o was promised Oil Change Free for life or until I trade in. And didn’t happened. Extremely disappointed at that because I feel that was a catch just to make me buy a Hyundai.

My new Tucson

I’ve had my Tucson for 2 months and I love it. I should have bought a hybrid due to the current and probably the future gasoline prices. I do like all the great options on my car.

Love the car

I love the car except for 2 thing. When the vehicle jams on the breaks for me, it is VERY dangerous. I’ve almost been hit in the back a few times. Second thing is that the icons for the fan, heated seats, rear defroster, etc., are WAY TOO SMALL. There is plenty of room to make them bigger.

Battery keeps getting drained

On 4 separate occasions my car would not start. AAA came out each time and jump started me. I took my vehicle to Hyundai, explained the situation and they kept the car and tested it. After several days they said nothing was wrong. Just last week it was dead again. Something is draining the battery and no one seems to know why.

Best Value in the Class by Far

I cross shopped the CRV, and Forestor. Didnt consider the RAV 4, due to syling and old Tech. Hands down the Tucson wins on powertrain smoothness, quiet ride, and advanced tech. I have owned several Subaru's, but this Tucson was for my wife - she loved the smooth and quiet ride, compared to the Forester. The HUD, and turn signal cameras in the dashboard were the icing on the cake. I am the "car guy" in the Family, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Tucson to Famly and Friends.

I don't like the way it drives, the electronics on it are hard to justify, the warning (need to take a break, the car will shut down going down the road) it about takes 2 people to operate it one to drive and one to read the warnings.

I don’t like the ding six times when I enter the vehicle. The back door takes too long to open, and it will open if one takes too long to go around the back when not desired. The dash lites should have a daylight setting and a night adjustment setting.
