2025 Tucson

The 2025 Tucson has a smooth, comfortable ride with excellent safety features. The redesigned dashboard’s touchscreen is sleek-looking and easy to use. The clarity of the backup camera is superb, even when wearing sunglasses. I appreciate the lower tone of the blinker making it audible for family members who have lost higher frequencies of hearing. This is my third Hyundai, and I have found the customer service excellent. I am pleased with my purchase and enjoy driving the Tucson.

Satisfied with engine performance and features. Wish there was a little more head room, shoulder width, and sun visor mirror lights. Need better highway tracking, and a permanent off control for engine timeout at traffic lights.

Very satisfied with 2025 Tucson

Main complaint is instrument panel kept going out, then coming back on, HUD kept flickering off and on, and red icons indicating issues would appear. Technicians finally diagnosed problem as loose plug, plugged in tighter. Seems to solve issue, but worried might affect performance of auto.

The computer system needs some help!

Overall, I'm happy with the car, however, I used remote start. Got in my car and totally lost the ability to use Apple Car Play. The built in Nav cane on and kept giving me directioins to my home. I had to drive to my appointments listenig to this Nav telling me to make a U-turn. When I finally got home, it stopped. I had to reconnect my iphone thru blue tooth and set up the Apple Car Play, There was NO WAY to turn off the navigation on the Hyundai Nav system!

2025 Tucson

Every time we drive into the run the forward collision light activates. Obviously something isn’t right. The dealer just says “yeah we know they happens but don’t know how to fix it”. Hopefully Hyundai will have a fix and have a recall on it.

Tucson Convenience XRT

The car arrived at the dealer with the incorrect roof rails, and I'm still waiting since October for them to be shipped to the dealer from wherever. And this Monday, I have an appointment at Burns to have the tailgate fixed because it no longer opens remotely. Other than these two issues, I am happy with my Tucson.
