Blue Link App

My Blue Link app has not worked since November 10, 2025 at 6:15 am. I put a ticket in with Blue Link on December 18, 2025 at 9:35 am. I have called Blue Link Call Center every 7 - 10 days since December 18. Call Center states they cannot speak with an engineer, nor is there a human with the Blue Link app to speak with. I have all documentation of my correspondence with Blue Link call center. I have also had Hyundai Barnes Crossing check on this issue as well, and they could not help either. Dealership sold the vehicle with the Blue Link app remote start, etc. features, and I paid the fee included in price of my 2025 Tucson. However, I have not been able to utilize the Blue Link app since November 10, 2025. I am paying for a service include in my vehicle sale price and no access. Very disgusted and upset since I purchased in good faith the myHyundai app remote start, etc. would work properly. Regina Moffett

Some recommendations

There are a few concerns regarding the inability to see the lights on the panel for heat/ air conditioning. The vehicle runs well . Most of the concerns deal with the creature comforts.

Good but not Great

I traded in a 2021 Santa Fe Limited for the smaller 2025 Tuscon Limited as I did not think I needed the larger space any longer. I thought I was getting a comparable vehicle, but this is unfortunately not on par with the Santa Fe Limited and should not have the title of "Limited". It suggests more than what it delivers. Although the vehicle is nice, has a decent ride, great features, and upscale interior, it pales in comparison in power. It's superficially upscale exterior does not match the vehicle's sub-standard engine. I, unfortunately, regret trading in what was a far superior vehicle and am anxiously awaiting for the end of this lease.

Love our Hyundai Tucson

This is our second Tucson. We currently have a 2025 Tucson. The acceleration appears better in the new vehicle than our last one. Also the dash has been re-designed to look way more modern. The ride is comfortable and handling is good for an compact SUV. Wish the gas mileage was better but it is adequate.

My car doesn't stop to break apart And I have to pay for it, because nothing is included. In Warranty it's a stupid car and bad coffee service.I would not recommend anyone to use this company

Surprised by a few, what should be standard, missing features.

Due to increased auto theft across the nation, I’m surprised by a simple feature like a programmable garage door that is missing in this vehicle. It is unnerving to have to carry an obvious garage door remote, making me feel vulnerable to home invasion. A $48K vehicle, at minimum, should have this safety feature included automatically.

Nearly a Lemon

For the first five months I really loved this car. Then beginning in the middle of month 5 I began having problems. On a trip to Colorado we got as far as Des Moines, Ia where we left the car in a Hyundai Service Center, got a loaner and finished our trip. Six weeks later we finally got our car back. Then about a month later it ended up at the Hyundai Service in Rochester, MN for another 3 weeks being repaired while we drove a loaner. We got our car back and had to take it back the day before Thanksgiving. They kept it for a month, but couldn't find the problem, although they tried very hard. We got it back just before Christmas. Now I am afraid to take it very far from, especially in this cold weather. I have been driving for 70 years and always bought used cars. No trouble with any of them. Now that I am 87 years old I decided to buy my first new car so it would be safe and dependable. Much to my surprise, it is neither of those things. What a disappointment. I have threatened to paint it yellow.
