Some issues

I have been having an issue with the front safety radar sensor starting in Dec 2025 after I purchased the Tucson in May 2025. we initially thought the sensor was blocked due to foggy conditions in Dec but then it continued into the summer and the dealership is saying there is damage (after removing the bumper) so not covered by the warranty. We have read numerous complaints on-line that this is a common problem (easily damaged/sensitive) and we think this is a major flaw that should either be redesigned or repair included in the warranty. we don't recall any impact to the front of the vehicle that would warrant damage

Dependable and comfortable

I am so happy with my 2025 Tucson. I had a 2014 Tucson that was also well made and dependable. I only bought a new one because someone totaled mine in an accident. The drive is comfortable and there's very little road noise inside the car. I love all the safety features too. You get a lot of nice features for your money with a Hyundai

On paper it's great...

The amazing features of this vehicle sold me, and it's very roomy without feeling like a big SUV. And she's cute! However so many things will go awry & its clear there's something off w/the system. My auto lights will suddenly go off. Sometimes choosing the built in SiriusXM it will say unavailable and the AC will come on instead. The key only responds 70% of the time when approaching. The seat position settings will sometimes not be set. I could go on. There's a lot of great features in this car but the computer system needs to be better.

A Reliable Vehicle but could use some refinements.

The Tucson runs and operates consistently with no surprises. Fairly well equipped in the SEL version but just a few standard features that were on the previous model were removed and I suppose replaced with a more safety tech. If the vehicle only had a little more refinement in the front suspension and drive train isolation this would be truly a game changer over other brands.

Random cooling fan

Overall a decent car. Rides a little rough. A bit noisy. I have the limited edition with everything on it. I wouldn't buy a low end vehicle. Several recalls. The fan will run when the vehicle shuts off, which is a normal function. However out will run for what I believe is an extended time. When I call the dealership, they say 5-10 minutes is not unusual. When I explain it runs for over 30 minutes and I physically shut it off, they still say its normal. I don't agree. The outside temp might be 65°and it runs for 45 minutes heir I shut the car off. It isn't a hot or humid day. It seems very random.
