Problem after two months

After two months of ownership my vehicle is already in need of new parts. Took the car in to be serviced and found out a new door handle needs to be ordered because the sensor to lock and unlock the door went bad. It’s been over a week without hearing from the dealership.

Deal breaker software

Driver Alert software inspired me ( although, I also own a 2004 & 2020 Santa Fes ) to never recommend a Hyundai product until the software is removed from my 2026 Tucson. I paid $39,000 + to be constantly irritated by a piece of software that neither I nor my dealership can modify. your company or someone in it made a lot of money to be willing to lose customers. And to actually inform potential buyers about your lack of respect for your consumers.

I LOVE this vehicle!! Drives great! Good on fuel!

I traded in a Ford Escape for this and would do it again in a heartbeat! I love my Hyundai! Drives great! I love the features and the gas mileage is better too!

Nice vehicle! Electronics should be easier to navigate. Miss not having a dedicated button to turn on the radio. The lights on the auto AC button are hard to read.

Needed longer trail drive.

Nice looking vehicle. Main issue is steering. If there are any seams or uneveness in the road the vehicle wants to determine which way it will go. At times the pull is severe and is both surprising and a bit unnerving. Never had this with another vehicle and I've been driving for 50 years plus. I have not been to the dealership with this yet as the "car" has under 2K miles. Frankly, for a feeling of confidence and safety, I wish I had my '15 Sonata back.

Second Tucson is better than the First

I had a 2023 Tucson and traded it in on the 2026 version. I like the addition of the heads up display, tilting mirrors when you back up, and the better MPG. It is comfortable for 5 adults, rides smooth for an SUV, and the look with the matte finish, all big pluses. One thing I do not like is I can not just reply to a text by hitting reply and talking. I literally have to ask it to find the person that just texted me. That is annoying.
