Love/Hate relationship
Overall, I appreciate the amount of tech in the car. There are just issues with the User Experience. 1) The AC vents are at the level of the steering wheel, so they cool the wheel and not the driver. Plus they do not have much directional maneuverability. The beeping and automatic stopping are enough to drive me crazy! I live in NYC, you do not have the luxury of 10 feet of space on either side of your car when parallel parking. Plus the automatic stopping has almost gotten me in an accident on several occasions and this is after the recall fix. When backing up all the beeping is insane. And if I depress the button to shut it off, it comes back on when I switch gears. Plus if I am stopped at a light and I am close to the car in front of me (again, I live in NYC), then the car beeps incessantly. If Car Play is running, you have to scroll through screens and buttons to get to the stereo controls...dangerous! And when the car starts, it doesn't automatically go back to the screen you had up when you last drove....annoying! Just overall things that are very inconvenient, that should have been researched more thoroughly.
