A Little Dissatisfied

It’s a beautiful car, but my personal opinion is that it doesn’t handle and perform like my 2015 Subaru Forester. I thought that I was just not used to front wheel drive instead of all wheel drive, but it shakes on the Interstate and I must be very careful in heavy traffic. It is nice having a new car.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

Don't know why I'm doing this because it will probably be ignored. Have submitted several reviews regarding the problems we had and have never received any feedback. All over a simple $50.00 gift card we were supposed to receive. The management team at this Werner Hyundai are the worst!

I absolutely love my 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL! ❤️

I’ve had my 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL for 3 months now, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it! ❤️ After driving it for three months, I’m even happier with my decision than I was when I first got it. It’s comfortable, smooth, roomy, and has so many features that make driving easier and more enjoyable. I love the way it handles, the technology, the safety features, and how comfortable it is for everyday driving. And can we talk about how good it looks?! 😍 The Tucson is beautiful inside and out, and I still find myself turning around to look at it when I park. After having my previous vehicle for so many years, buying a new vehicle was a big decision for me. Three months later, I can honestly say I’m very happy with my choice. My Tucson has been everything I hoped it would be and more. I absolutely love my Tucson SEL and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, well-equipped SUV! ❤️

Perfect Car

I love my Hyundai Tucson, it is smaller than my Honda Pilot and much easier to drive. It has all the features I wanted in a car and is easy to drive. There is a small learning curve because it does so much for you. Once you’ve learned them it’s perfect. Very comfortable on a trip and I feel very safe driving it.

Very happy with my new Tucson.

Very happy with the handling and gas mileage , plus it is very comfortable inside. Plenty of truck space for us. The only thing I do not like is the engine stops when at a lite or parked, I have to turn it off every time I start the engine so this does not happen. I know this is a government thing and Hyundai has no say in it, but I would like a way to turn it off and have it stay off. To me it is not worth the little gas it saves.

3 unwanted issues with a new vehicle

Issue with the display blacking out, even while driving (see photo attached). Had a recall software update thru blue link, did not help. Was advised to disconnect wiring harness in fuse compartment, then reconnect. This corrected the issue, but the problem has returned multiple times. Will need to take into Hyundai dealer to resolve. Also, there is not place in the rear seat area to secure a pet (someplace to connect a leash so the pet is not thrown in a crash). Acceleration is sluggish from a dead stop.

Bought this car on 7/24 of this year. Brand new 2026 model. It’s currently in the shop for the SIXTH time, but customer care says it doesn’t meet eligibility for a lemon law!
