Forgotten customer

I scheduled an appt for a tire rotation. Dropped my car off on time with Brent. I was told it would take approx an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes to complete, maybe done earlier since it was just getting the tires rotated. I told him I would wait in the lobby. After waiting an hour, I checked in to make sure I heard him correctly on the wait time. And he reassured me that I heard him correctly. He checked for my paperwork, had someone call to see if my car was getting worked on, but my car was just sitting there for that entire hour, like myself, and my paperwork was misplaced. My tires never got rotated, this was a complete waste of my time. This was not my first issue with the service department regarding my tires. I definitely won’t be back unless it’s for something covered under the tire warranty.

Another great experience

My wife's vehicle needed an oil change, tire rotation, and new rear brakes. The service was all done on time and well. They kept me updated on the timing, and I chose to wait in their lounge, drink coffee, and get some work done. Super smooth and effortless experience every time I'm here. They do great work.

Terrible level of service

Being told that my appointment time was just a drop off time and that because I didn't stay while the service was being done on my car other vehicles were serviced before mine is unacceptable. I set an appointment time for a reason. I didn't just do in and hope my car would be worked on. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. The last time I brought my car in a similar situation happened. On another instance I had one of the service guys fight with me over what was covered by my warranty and what wasn't. He was adamant that it wasn't and I knew it was. I opted not for the service, then when I brought it in again and decided to have the service completed, I was guest quoted a price and when it was time to pay for the service...... it was covered by my warranty. 3 different instances of not stellar service!!!!!
