Great experience as usual
One thing- it showed my cabin air filter needed changed and it was not asked about and therefore not done. I believe it was busy however and it’s not a huge deal whatsoever. I would have liked it changed but I did forget to ask, partly my fault!

Called my employer
I just so happened to call in sick to work on the day same day I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change.
Well, your service advisor called my employer and asked for me and said my truck is ready to be picked up. Not sure why that happened but never experienced that in my life. Not ideal guys!
All but had my ads chewed the next day at work about that.

The Service Dept. brims with efficiency, but very little individual interest in the customer. From the first phone call to the vehicle pickup, it's all about getting me in and out. I have to ask about things like rebates and coupons. This last visit started out as an oil change, then "filters are dirty, do you want us to change?" Then sticker shock, $190 for the service, no one gave me a price quote or reviewed the work order in detail when I picked it up.

Quick oil change
I was happily surprised to get my oil changed in my pickup in well under an hour. This facility is the only place that has changed my oil and it’s always done proficiently and professionally. The staff that does the check in are always polite and have all my information ready when I walk in.
