Got the Battery and oil changed but 2+ hours to do it with an appointment, really

So the service adviser was nice and professional. But the whole experience was less the great. Like I said it should not take over 2 hours to do the simple things like an oil change and swap out a battery, more like an hour. I have done plenty of both jobs to know, I did have an appointment so the work load should not have been a shock to anyone. While I was stuck waiting all that time I wandered the showroom as it is. Two rather boring cars to look at. When I asked about the new Bronco, they had no brochures available just a laminated sheet with all the options per model to look at only. The sales personnel were sitting around on the desks and chatting with each other. There were a number of people in the same long wait as I and it would have been a great opportunity to have marketing displays, maybe a few 40 inch TV that can display the different models and options. Doesn't seem like you all are trying to hard to make the customer pleased with the dealership.

2019 Ford edge

2019 Ford edge, Was brought it in for routine service and oil change and rotate tires. My vehicle was taken care of Promptly and returned to me in a timely manner. The technician went over the automobile maintenance form with me and explained all of the checked items thoroughly. Also answered My question about the brakes. The brakes are fine at this time.

Mike White does a good job. Fast and friendly.

My only complaint is that we are at a place where covid spread is at its peak (we hope) and virtually no one wears a mask in the waiting room. I understand that people are resisting but when I go to a business where everyone is required to wear a mask it takes the pressure off everyone. I see no strong businesses having a problem with that. I won't be back until covid is under control or the dealership puts sign that masks are required.

As of yesterday evening, signs were posted on every entrance door regarding the mask mandate and offering options for those who are unable to mask. Great Sales team

We took our '05 Explorer in for an oil change and to have a "reset" from a recent servicing we received and thought as long as we were at the dealership we would check out used vehicles with low mileage if they had any. We had a mental list of what we required and what would be a nice bonus. We lucked out with a Salesman, Tyler, who was helpful, informative, asked questions about what we wanted/needed even asked if we had a color preference. Less than four hours and a fairly long test drive later (and a tutorial how to work the high tech gadgets) we left the dealership driving a 2020 explorer with under 4,000 miles. The staff were all very kind and Tyler had just the right sales personality to be compatible with us. When he spoke we listened. There was some negotiation back and forth as is expected, and yes, we wish we could have gotten perhaps a lower price, but in essence we got a new car for much less $$$$! We are now getting familiar with our new high tech vehicle... slowly. We are quite happy with this experience.

Weird Experience

I went to get my oil changed, and:
1) I was there almost 45 minutes longer than I was supposed to but I watched my car sit in the lot for most of that time. I don’t know if they didn’t realize that I was waiting at the dealership or not but that was still unacceptable.
2) When I got my keys back my lanyard was gone. For no reason it was taken off my keys and left in my car which was really weird.
