always great service....top notch...

one thing: I has asked, and he wrote it on the work order....that my tires, after rotation, be at 65 on the front and 70 on the rear. Well they completely disregarded this and put them both at 75. Why? It was written down and talked about. Maybe they did not read the instructions? trainign needed?

Honest, easy to work with.

They take care of your vehicle and prioritize safety. Our Expedition needed new lug nuts and a 3rd brake light bulb. They did for us in the time alloted for an oil change and tire rotation. The cars are always done early and correctly. Thank you again!

recent oil chane

no issues with the staff or their service it was good, just as always.

We had purchased our f250 and bought a service (oil change package) package. We have used 3 of the 6. The remaining 3 will expire in June. I asked if i could trade a oil change for windshield wipers, they said they weren't allowed to do it. It was our bad on buying the service package for our pickup, we didn't use it enough to justify the cost of the package. I wont be buying a service package again.

Quick Response

My wife's battery died on our Ford Fusion Energi. After I jumped the battery three times, I got it going and switched to hybrid battery mode and drove to Mike White. They squeezed us in and replaced the battery. Good job!

Great service department!

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The check in process was quick and efficient. The service writer gave me an estimated completion time. He called me before the service was scheduled to be completed and advised me they had found bad lug nuts and wanted to know if they could keep the vehicle a little longer so they could replace the parts at no cost! It only took them a little longer than originally than promised. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Very Well Done

The appointment for the service was made almost 3 weeks in advance. Got to Mike White Ford Service and it was quick and done in the time frame promised. I scheduled the full synthetic service, but they asked anyway if I wanted the normal syn-blend oil to save me a little money. I did not take them up on the offer.
