Fair price. Friendly sales staff who provided clear guidance and information about the car and transaction. Luaye kept me updated on the delivery date for my car and made sure that everything was ready when we came to o pick it up. He helped us with arranging for the preparation to be done ASAP. We had been making due after we were rear ended driving our damaged vehicle. We are grateful for Luaye's and the entire 'staff's help at Lee Johnson's of Everett.

Two Hyundai’s. One Week.
I found myself needing to purchase a vehicle quite suddenly with the failing of my vehicle’s transmission. I looked online 1st & blindly contacted the dealership via email. The salesman retuning my call was friendly. Not pushy at all. His thoroughness in taking the time to listen to me & understand what I needed, wanted & what I could afford made me comfortable enough to make an appt to visit the dealership the next day.
I can say nothing negative about my experience. Actually the opposite. As far as car buying goes - this was a stellar experience. My salesman & my financial representative worked with me and I left with exactly the vehicle I went in wanting to buy.
I bought a 2022 Tucson LTD
My son bought a new Hyundai 14 months ago & we have been exceptionally impressed with his car’s performance & the Hyundai service experience he has received. So after getting my new car home-we took my daughter back less than a week later to purchase her 1st new car. Stellar Experience x 2 in one week.
She purchased a 2023 Kona SEL AWD SUV.
If you need a new vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Lee Hyundai.

From the start I had more pressure sales tactics, good communication and high quality service. While there were shipping delays (no surprise in these turbulent times) they were communicated to me on a regular basis. My vehicle was delivered in pristine condition at exactly the terms agreed upon.

Had no real issues working with this dealer.
Over the years not much has changed other than the cars are getting better. There were quite good when
i got my first many a year ago. Had looked over the last several years to upgrade. Finally, it was time. Had to wait for delivery but that is typical this year. Didn't get quite the trade-in value I wanted but it was fair and glad to have upgraded.
