Overall, OK. I was scheduled to have a complimentary inspection - prior to my lease end, at the time of this service. I wasn't told that it was done. I also had a scheduled meeting with Antoinette to discuss post - lease options. It never happened, though I was told it would. Last time of maintenance, my vehicle was washed. Not this time, though.

Very nice
I was not pleased with the time it took to repair my car but the staff was very kind in giving me a rental and answering all my questions and keeping me well informed about everything. Just a little disappointed that my car was not washed when I received it back after it sat outside for 11 days. But I'm very pleased with the repair to my power windows and the replacement of my transmission. My car no longer shutters like it used to. Thank you

excellent service and profession sales
Had my 2018 Elantra serviced here by Carlos Velasco; experience was quick, easy, pleasant.
Travis, Steve and Carlos are insightful when is comes to my Hyundai cars and always help me maintain my cars health.
Onsite rental department was quick and easy, Solana was pleasant and professional. Was placed in a new Santa Fe and will be talking to my sales guy James in the future .
Hyundai Temecula dealer is my favorite dealers to do my service because nice clean, over all staff is helpful and positive. Service drive is always busy but the customers get out quick, or at least I do not see customers waiting all day for cars; Five Stars!

Temecula Hyundai is the only place I go to service my cars. Not only was the service friendly, it was fast as well! Had no problem scheduling service. Carlos typically always takes care of me however he was off the day I came in. Carlos is always great and a pleasure working with him as always.
Steve took care of me this time and no issues. He was easy to work with and provided good service. Also, nice to know on some simple services such as the shock replacement there was no issue with those shocks being customer supplied and he worked with my on some pricing like Carlos always does. I have a fleet of trucks and mobile mechanics so as long as I receive fair pricing I'm good on this end.
