Great Service, Okay Pricing
Yes, the dealer is a little more expensive than the mom and pop shop or tire store, but when I'm servicing my 120k miles out of warranty Genesis coupe I never take it anywhere else. My car has never had the check engine go off (knock on wood) and it's because of these guys. I service it on time, every time, at the dealership. They quote high (without tax) so you'll generally walk away with a better deal than you thought. If peace of mind is your thing, bring your car here. Had transmission service, front brakes replaced, spark plugs replaced, and coolant drained and replaced. They got it all done in about 4 hours and my car feels like it's new! Thanks Temecula Hyundai service team!

I have been bringing my car for service since it was new. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. That hasn't changed, but this last time there was a mistake made. A cleaning rag was left under the hood. It was burning and could have caused a lot of damage. Fortunately it didn't.

Great Service. Fair Price.
These guys are always slammed, so I like to plan my appointments with a ride. That being said they are overly honest about quotes. There have been a couple of visits that my actual price is actually cheaper than the estimate because they found shortcuts. Really great service team. Plus my car comes out looking like I spent $30 on a car wash. Love it here. I don't go anywhere else for my service needs (even if some things are a little more expensive).

2013 Sonta Engine Issue Fixed
My wife's 2013 Sonata recently broke down and the engine had seized at 102,000 miles when the warranty was 100,000. I guess this was an issue with this particular year and Temecula Hyundai really stepped up to the plate and stood behind their product. I called and talked to Steve who arranged a loaner car and my wife's car was taken care of under warranty with $0 out of pocket.

My wife went from really bummed to thrilled at how everything was handled. Her last 2 cars have been Hyundais and she has no plans to change on her next car. Excellent service!

I am sorry that the service you came in for took too long to get completed. We always make sure to get the complete multi point inspection performed and also a car wash and vacuum. Please let us know in the future if you would like us to skip the inspection or car was and it will definitely shorten your visit. I once again apologize for the time it took to complete your service.
