Girl at front desk friendly. “Mechanics”doing oil change seemed like they were somewhere else!
Guy drove my car out when it was finished,he sat in car for a few more minutes . Then got out I said Thank You… He said yep then walked away. I’ve been here about 5 times for oil change and tire rotation the last 2 times I’ve felt like I’m inconvenience to them. Last oil change I had tire’s rotated. Nothing said about my brakes . One week after my rear brakes were grinding. In the past your mechanics would have seen that when rotating tires and would have let customer know about it. I won’t be back. Thank you
