High end luxury

We’d say that overall quality on this vehicle is very good. The obvious are the things you see from an exterior perspective. The exterior is sleek and pretty, and the interior is incredibly inviting and very comfortable. If there’s any complaint that we have, it is with some of the technology. Sometimes the vehicle does not recognize the appropriate driver, and loads the wrong profile. This can be a bit frustrating, though in fairness, it does not happen all the time. Overall - having owned several luxury vehicles, Genesis does not disappoint

Waiting for my Military Discount

Love the car. Getting Apple CarPlay to work and work reliably was a pain in the ***. Our dealership forgot to include my Military discount in the price discount line, and we have been waiting for $500 check from Hyundai or Genesis or someone since the middle of July, 2025, almost three months ago. Unacceptable!!

Great SUV

I have had BMWs and Volvo's over the last 15 years. This is my first time owning a Genesis GV80 SUV. 5 months into my experience, thus far it's a great car, smooth ride, tons of compliments - in particular, people really like the matte-green exterior.
