Best car I have ever driven

Electric is the way to go. The Ioniq 5 is comfortable for long drives and is responsive for driving in traffic. The 2 issues I have concerns the lak oa wiper on therear window ane the lack of surround cameras on this model.

Superb acceleration and utility. Compromised cD kills high speed eco. Very good handling, comfort, and low noise. Recalls and parts shortages severely sours ownership experience.Fried MOS-FETS!

Great vehicle

Exceeds virtually all advertised ratings, especially range. It’s not uncommon for me to go 330+ miles on a charge and recharge at a high speed charger is as fast or faster than claimed. Winter not as good, but still not so bad as the stories I have read about other brands.

Fun transportation

The ironic five is an excellent car all the way around the features for the money the warranty everything is excellent. There are a few things I would change about the car, but Hyundai is very good at listening to its customers and I’m sure they’ll come in the future.

Ioniq 5 is an excellent car and it truly feels so premium from inside. The ride quality is simply amazing and let me tell you secretly something I have beaten a Tesla Model Y during a road race safely 😀

All good except scary 12v battery drain issue

No problems until a HUGE problem. 3 times in 3 weeks the car was completely dead after being parked a few days. Had to have jumped & charged because 12v battery completely died. Once it died in the dealership parking lot after i was told all was fixed. So far it hasn't happened again but was extremely frustrating and scary - especially for a $66k two year old car. What if it was winter? Or i was stranded without cell service? In another note - the driver headrest is awful. I removed it and replaced with the backseat headrest. It forced my head forward and was incredibly uncomfortable.

My car was broken and Hyundai was not able to fix it

I had battery problems that took more than 3 months to be fixed. I had issues with the A/C and after 5 times taking it to the shop they were not able to fix it. I had to end up getting rid of the car.

Great car.

Overall, the car is delightful to drive and easy to own. There are a few minor changes we would like to see -- like default to regenerative breaking (single pedal) and default to automatic high beam headlights.
