Love my Ioniq 5!

I love driving my Ioniq 5! It is so smooth and quick off the mark. It is spacious inside for the passengers. he dashboard is very helpful and easy to see and understand. I love not having to stop for gas and charging it right in my own driveway.

Best Car We've Ever Owned!

Deciding to make the leap to a full EV wasn't easy. Before our Ioniq 5, we had a 2024 Hyundai Tucson PHEV, so that was a good bridge since it proved that our driving habits would be a good fit for an EV. And we have zero regrets so far! The Ioniq 5 is easily the best car we've ever owned. The performance, charging speed, and features (there are a TON) make it an incredible vehicle all around. We've already gone on two road trips, and the fast charging cababilities are HUGE, and I'm really glad we didn't go with some of the other EVs we were considering for that reason alone. If you are considering an Ioniq 5, do not hesitate! We went with the Limited trim, and I'm really glad we did. I think that's the only way to go if you're thinking of buying one. Highly recommended!

Needs All North American Capabilities!

First necessity: turn off 99% of the stupid “I’ll think for you” beeps, alerts and the car trying to kill cyclists in the bike lane when you have to give them room but the car LITERALLY attempts to force the car back into a bike lane. PLEASE return driver capability to turn off the “take a break” beep alerts!! You stop to charge on a road trip, turn off the car, change drivers, and FIVE minutes back on the road the car starts screaming that you need to take a break. Ridiculous! But yes, a 1427-mile road trip across the US was a breeze and took just the same amount of time as in a gas car.

Great EV car

This car is wonderful to drive especially on the highway the Driver assist makes long distances a pleasure. The infotainment system is a little obtuse and take awhile to get through all the possible settings. I really enjoy the fact that he HVAC has buttons, rather than having to use the screen.

Just WOW! What a pleasure to drive...Longer range than my GV60 & I'm more than satisfied with my RWD Limited vs the AWD. My only gripe is the visibility of the a/c controls during the day particularlry when wearing sunglasses, which as all we do in Florida...

2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL AWD

At 2537 miles I will say this is a really great and fun car. It’s cool looking, plenty fast, has a really good range and is a really smooth comfortable ride. Only negatives are: no phone key, no auto lock, and no steering wheel warmer. But I can live with those. Quite a bit superior to the Tesla model 3 I previously leased.

An EV with class...

Well-built car with plenty of quickness. Range (RWD) is just enough for daily commute. Stylish retro look without being too boxy. Seats are very comfortable and wife appreciates the front passenger seat has the same controls as the driver. The visor actually works for her because she can raise her seat! However, the steering column is too busy and the paddles could be dispensed with. With steering wheel in comfortable position the instrument panel is blocked from view. The complaints are nits and I would definitely buy this vehicle again!
