Had issues at the start
Interior:
The interior and technology are luxurious and top-notch. The tech is by far and away the selling point of this car. From the ACC to the personalization by driver, the placement of seat controls and charging outlets, the footrests, and the spaciousness, everything is top-notch. The one drawback is the seat comfort, which is a bit too firm for me.
Exterior:
It is a polarizing look, but definitely get used to it with some niceties like the handholds for climbing to the roof
Enging:
Less mpg than you'd expect for a hybrid, the gear shifting is extremely noticeable, and at times, a bit sluggish. Pickup is ok, certainly for the size of the car, but the mpg is not as advertised. City - I typically get 28-30; highway, I get 23-24.
All in said, I am pleased with the car, but it has its issues. As someone who came from Honda for multiple previous cars, this was a bit of a step down in performance and reliability (I've been to the dealership 2x for fixes in under 3k miles put on the car) but a significant step up in luxury feel inside.
