Fancy and Stylish

The Santa Fe hybrid is super sleek, stylish, anf has great features. The drive is smooth and the all-around cameras are *chef's kiss*. The hybrid gets great gas mileage for a vehicle this size and I get compliments all the time on the interior and exterior design features. My *only* complaint is that the seats are very flat and firm, and on long road trips that can be very fatiguing on the lower back. But I overall love this vehicle, and I got a memory foam seat cushion for long trips.

All the technology is over rated

Having gone through winter in Michigan, my driver assist cameras were constantly covered with snow, or ice, or salt and dirt. Warnings constantly went off on the dash board. Our running boards packed the ice, salt and road dirt into the door panels. The positive, the car drove well and had good traction in snow mode.

Too new for a review, but so far we are very pleased with this hybrid.

If this Santa Fe is as good as my first Santa Fe, it will be an incredible vehicle. My first Santa Fe I had for 18 years, it had 241,000 miles on the engine and never leaked or burnt a drop of oil. It was very dependable and I'm expecting this 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid to be just as good and dependable as my first Santa Fe. I haven't had this Santa Fe long enough to give a honest review, but so far I like it very much.

Great family vehicle that punches above it’s weight

The 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid really stands out in a crowded SUV market. The design alone gives it a unique presence—modern, upscale, and just different enough to turn heads without being over the top. Where this vehicle really shines is comfort. The ride quality is smooth and composed, and the interior feels genuinely premium. From the seating materials to the thoughtful layout, it’s clear Hyundai put a lot of effort into making this a place you actually enjoy spending time in—whether it’s a quick trip across town or a longer drive. The Calligraphy trim brings a ton of value as well. You get a wide range of high-end amenities that you’d typically expect in more expensive vehicles—advanced tech, driver assistance features, and upscale finishes—all at a price point that feels very competitive for what you’re getting. That said, there is one small downside worth noting. Because of the hybrid system, the 12V battery is located in the rear cargo area, which means the cargo cover can’t be stored underneath like it can in the standard (non-hybrid) models. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is something to be aware of if you like to keep things neatly tucked away. Also, if the cargo net is installed, the cargo tray access door cannot be opened as the rear eyelets sit right over the top of the access door. Overall, the 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid offers a unique blend of style, comfort, efficiency, and value. It feels like a well-thought-out package that delivers more than you’d expect at this price point.

So far I love the hybrid feature. I get great mpg in town and decent on the highway but not the advertised 34MPG more like 28

My New Hyundai Santa Fe

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth the cabin is spacious and comfortable and the overall build quality is impressive. Hyundai really nailed the balance between practicality and style. It looks great on the outside and feels even better on the inside. If you’re wanting a reliable, comfortable and a well designed SUV the Santa Fe is absolutely worth it. I love mine.

Unreliable

We have had to have our vehicle towed multiple times with multiple extended stays in the shop for issues ranging from the battery to the water pump to the steering column. We still haven't been reimbursed for rental car expenses and no one at Hyundai cares about the time this has taken away from our schedules.

Stunning Design Hampered by Unacceptable Assembly Line Quality Control

The 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid is a world-class design let down by poor manufacturing execution. While the hybrid powertrain and tech suite are impressive, my vehicle was delivered with multiple mechanical defects (mirror, visor, and seat motor issues) within the first 14 miles. I find this level of QA failure at delivery to be non-conforming to the standards expected of a major manufacturer.

When car is turned off something is still running and decreasing the battery charge. For example if the heat or air conditioning on and is not turned off prior to shutting off vehicle

2013 versus 2026 Sante Fe

My first Sante Fe was the 2013 Model Year. It is still in my family having been shared with both of my sons. My purchase of the 2026 Sante Fe Hybrid was a bit of a spur of the moment decision, but one I am pleased to have made! The level of technology changes in 13 years is just amazing, especially the Hybrid power train. So far I am reaching 36 to 38 MPG which is outstanding in my opinion. The Calligraphy trim level is very plush for this type of vehicle. We did a 400-mile trip with 4 adults and those riding in the second row seats stated it rode extremely comfortable and was very roomy. Having purchased the 10-year extended warranty package, I expect to keep this vehicle for at least 10 years!

Overall nice vehicle

Overall I enjoy the Santa Fe, but there is a concern for the seat custom settings changing while car is operating. Husband driving and the seat moved to my setting. In addition the chairs folding not detecting a kid in the seat and it started to fold when my son was in seat.
