First recall

Recall for software. Owner complained about issue 4-6 months prior. Mechanics could not duplicate. “Software issue” recalls take too long at the dealership. Solution #1 one mechanic does 10 recalls simultaneously. Solution #2 software recalls that require more than one hour should be performed at customers home during non use time.

Overall we love the car. Some glitches with seat heaters turning on without us touching controls and vehicle shifts into neutral ftom drive in its own when really slow speed as in a parking garage.

Very nice and meets my needs

Comfortable car, easy to drive and good (but not great) fuel economy. Love the interior, main reason I purchased this. Safety features work very well. Overall, just a comfortable car that is easy to get in and out of and works for my family.
