Top notch interior with lot of features. Fuel economy 34.5 mpg. Pick up is good but not steady all the time. Loved it overall!!

Like my Tucson, but….

The tires are inadequate to deal with the snow and ice in the New England winters. The dim lights on the console make it difficult to read the indicator lights e.g seat warmers, fan, ac etc The warnings flash on and off before you can read them

Supposedly, they made some adjustments when I got the car with the first check up. But it made no difference. The cruise control is confusing and difficult to use.

Good Vehicle with lack of Quality Control

This is our second Tucson. We bought this second Tucson based on our experience with our first Tucson, but I guess we are out of luck with this one. The horn stopped working after two to three months of ownership. Then the issue started with the HUD and Cluster Display flickering issue. At the same time, there is a rattling noise in the trunk door when opening and closing randomly. The service center declined to take a look at it because they didn’t experience the rattle noise. I’m pretty sure it’s from bolts or something. Then the Rear wheel arch trim started making noise. Overall, not satisfied with this car.

Underwhelmed

I have this car for a year and I am already debating a replacement. I have had to bring it to the shop on three separate occasions, eventually ending with the dash being replaced. And most recently had to get a loaner because the alignment was so bad driving it after the “fix” the alignment is the same as it was before I paid to have it aligned
