Great vehicle!

So far, it's functioning great, and I am happy with its handling and how it rides. The driver seat doesn't go low enough and the brake control is too strong but other than that it's working out fine for me.

The dealership and their "after the sale" response is as, or slightly more important than the vehicle itself. The Hyundai product line sells itself.

A great fit in our lives

I have had a couple of Hyundai Sonatas and loved them, but with multiple joint replacements getting in and out of a vehicle that sits lower to the ground had become a painful process for me. My Tucson offered the greatest combination of comfort and luxury features in a great profile at a great price that I could have hoped for.

Dealing with Hyundai Motor Finance is a NIGHTMARE

As the title says, dealing with Hyundai Motor Finance is awful. The company is rent-seeking and will try to nickel and dime you for as much money as they can. Their customer service is rude, outsourced to foreign country, and designed to waste your time and money. If you are thinking of purchasing or leasing a Hyundai, be forewarned that you will have a bad experience dealing with their customer service and finance teams. I have been a Hyundai customer for 6+ years and will be locked in my lease for another few years. That said, this will be the last time I own a Hyundai because of the horrible experience I have had with their customer service teams.
