Too many things to go wrong on the car
The Tucson is a fairly good car, small, compact and easy to park. However, it has a camera that keeps people from driving safely. I am a top of the steering wheel driver with a 60 year perfect record. The camera decides I am not paying attention and it screams at the top of it lungs that I am not paying attention........... I am. Then, three offenses, and it turns off the cruise control at high speed in traffic. Is that safer than me driving with my hand on the top of the wheel? Another friend can not drive his wife's car with the cruise on as the same camera can not see his eyes because he is too tall. Another can not drive it either as his RX sunglasses can not give the camera what it wants. The lane guide pushes you to the left, way too far over and it is very unsafe as truckers like the lines as well. They say it is easy to correct, it is not. We don't use that feature unless we are on a straight stretch with no one around us and we want to open that bottle of water next to us. The back up cameras are great and we both really like knowing where we are between the lines with out having to open a door to check.
