Good Vehicle

I love the look of the Tucson and all of the technology. I love the bluelink technology. I love the remote start and the vehicle status. My only complaint is the speed. The car takes off very slow. It is also sluggish on an incline.

Great Car

I just love my Tucson. It's a great car, easy on the gas and fun to drive. My prior car, the Santa Fe was a reliable car as well, but a little too big for my current needs. I truly believe in the Hyundai vehicles!

Pleasantly surprised how quickly I grew into the vehicle. I made the right choice for me. Once I reviewed the Tucson online and took a walk through the dealership it was easy to go in and sign on the line.

Great Vehicle

After my first 10k miles in the 2018 Tucson SEL+ fwd, I wish that it had a little more power for accelerating, and locks that engage automatically when you walk away from the vehicle( so if you forget to lock it, (kids and thieves can't get in). Also if the blue link could start the seat warmer that would be awesome.

My 2018 Tucson

I love my car. After driving Cadillacs for many years, I can honestly say that my Tucson performs as well or better, for less than half the price! This is my 2nd Tucson and I plan to buy more in the future!

Don’t do it

Required to fix a recall that then caused engine failure. Wasted a month sitting at the dealership waiting for a new engine, then they just fixed a wire. Ugh. Not sure I trust a wire fixed after a dramatic engine failure.

Good but not great

Overall it’s a decent vehicle but has issues. Had to take it back because a cam sensor went. Then there was an obnoxious amount of air/road noise in the interior. For a 2018 was very disappointed with this. Took it back and took the tech for a drive. Didn’t detect what we were experiencing but recommended replacing the window seals. Didn’t change. We did purchase base model but was shocked to see no air vents in the rear passenger section. Even though the air should flow back, it doesn’t. Luckily we don’t transport many passengers

A wonderful experience

If I could change anything it would be fixing the bugs in andro auto. I can't get it to stay connected, it doesn't work 90% of the time. I just use g maps but with media sound through my car speakers. I love sports mode but the button is inconveniently placed. Thats it for now.

Overall Performance

I have been more than pleased with my Hyundai Tuscon. I was worried that the front-wheel drive would not handle the winter weather in Northeast Ohio. However, having gone through the first winter of ice, heavy snow, and an hour travel time daily to work, I was more than pleased. I never felt worried and I felt confident with the tire size and overall performance of my 2018 Tuscon.

Overall like the ride , very comfortable -would like more oomph in the passing gear and when entering into traffic-design is good not sure about gas tank think it should be larger-seems always needs a refill

defect / not defect

the car is fine be it a bit small, there is a known defect/not defect with the transmission, the 2018 Tucson has a dual clutch transmission, which I guess has been a flop because it is gone in the 2019 model. I would not buy another Tucson.

Totally enjoying my Hyundai Tuscon Sel Plus..

Drives like a dream, the shape of the seats ease my husbands back discomfort when going around corners.. I have had no problems.. My only complaint is with myself. I wish I bought the limited so I could have had the heated steering wheel and automatic tailgate.. :)

I have had wonderful service at Jenkins in Leesburg. A lot of my friends bought vehicles there and they are happy also. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love my Tucson. Gas mileage is great. Earnest is a wonderful salesman. Melanie is a great service advisor.

I couldn't be happier with my Tucson. It's roomy enough for my husband and I, as well as the grandkids, without being oversized. It rides smoothly, is responsive and has some nice features like the alerts when I attempt to pass or backup that let me know a vehicle is approaching. So helpful! It's economical and really fits all my needs.

overall performance of vehicle

had trouble with tire pressure light for a while, finally started to work right after about 4 months. Other than that everything has been great with this vehicle. We live in West Virginia with plenty of mountains and this Tuscon has plenty of power for this area.

Great Vehicle

Well designed with very simple, easy to understand visual displays and clean instrument layout. Very good mileage but a snappy performer. Very stable and minimum roll in turns. Interior is comfortable with little road noise. Storage space is more than adequate.
