2023 Tucson Limited Review

Overall a great value, purchase and reliability rating! The only issue I have had since the purchase is the right rear suspension excessive noise/rattling. Had the shock replaced 2x by Hyundai. Same excessive noise from the shock area. There are countless customers noting the same exact noise from their 21 and up Tucson's on the forums so its not a one vehicle matter.

Good vehicle so far

I've been very pleased with my 2023 Hyundai Tucson so far. I have had an issue with the seat starting to split however, keeping you from a 5 star rating. It's not in the seam and continues to split. Maybe heat/cold conditions?

Nearly 5 years old, 7744 mi, enclosed garage

I’m terribly disappointed that my vehicle has been so babied and well taken care of and the “leather seats are shredding!” I’ve contacted the dealership and no word on my warranty for a month!!! I’m to be escalating this week. It’s ridiculous. Also, be aware that this dealership sold me the car with more mileage on it than listed on the sales paperwork and I have the timestamped photographs to back my statement. In addition, my vehicle has had issues with the stero system from the beginning and the dealership has refused to replace it. They have claimed that it must be “not working properly” when I bring it in—and so I did. And they still claimed they couldn’t figure it out. Save yourself and buy a Toyota.

A really good machine that could be tweaked a bit more.

The HP is there especially considering the weight that is being moved. Sport mode very effective. Balance and handling quite good. Safety features very helpful. Visibility very good. Rides very comfy. Not thrilled with the way electronics are set up although it does make a lot doable. The transmission is a bit sloppy in that it's too noisy and not smooth as it could be when shifting gears.

Great vehicle. Rides well. Comfortable with lots of included options.

It's one of the smaller vehicles I have driven. Has a great ride and handles well in all weather conditions in Fl. Very comfortable and large enough storage in the back for just about anything. One of the silver panels on the back of the vehicle came loose and flew off. Replacement from Hyundai was unfortunately filled with spots that wouldn't come off.
