My second Hyundai Tucson

I love every single thing about my 2024 Tucson...so pretty...love the safety features and how it rides. The automatic bright lights feature is the best. The only issue I have is it sometimes takes a 2nd attempt to start the vehicle...and this has been from the very beginning. No luck at the dealership getting this fixed. I do wish the option to keep the engine running at stop lights COULD BE A DEFAULT- versus having to touch the button at every start.

Some dash design changes would make it better.

There are 3 or 4 buttons plus an up / down switch to control the heat and air conditioning. Could we go back to the rotating knob that a driver could set without taking their eyes off the road? One twist of the knob, which you do by muscle memory, is much safer. Also, the controls to set AWD, Downhill brake control, and other important controls are somewhere around the middle of the seats, usually covered by gloves, sun glasses, - whatever. Put them up on the dash in an easy to find location. The designers are making things over complicated and not intuitive.
